From the A75 (Dumfries bypass) take the A711 to Dalbeattie, then turn left onto the A710 (sign-posted for the Colvend Coast).

Just past Barnbarroch, take the first turning to the right to Kippford.

The Lodges are situated about half a mile down this road first turn left past Doonfoot Caravan Park.
